Download
Downloading results brings the results recorded in My Schedule back into Asprova. Once the results are downloaded, Asprova can take them into account when it plans the next schedule.
Asprova does not download results automatically. A download has to be initiated on the Asprova side, by one of the following means.
Downloading requires the My Schedule option to be enabled in your Asprova license, and is not available for projects on the Viewer plan. See Plan and license requirements for the full list of conditions.
From the menu
With "Custom menu" enabled, the button may not appear on Asprova. Try disabling the custom menu.
In Asprova, select File → Asprova My Schedule → Download results.
From a scheduling command
Execute a scheduling parameter that includes the My Schedule Download (Command) scheduling command. This command is provided by the My Schedule plugin (AsMySchedule.dll). Running it from a scheduling parameter lets results be downloaded as part of a scheduling run — for example, right before rescheduling.
