Plans and project limits

In My Schedule, every project has a plan that determines what users can do in it. How many projects of each plan you can create is set by your license.

Plans

  • Standard — the full My Schedule experience, including entering results.
  • Viewer — schedules can be viewed but results cannot be entered. (Entering results requires a standard plan; see My Schedule permissions.)
  • Free — a no-cost plan for trying My Schedule out, with the tightest limits.

Project limits

Your license grants a maximum number of projects for each plan — for example a number of standard-plan projects and a number of viewer-plan projects. When you reach a plan's limit, you cannot create more projects of that plan until you remove an existing one or change your license.

If the projects on the server exceed these limits — for instance after a license downgrade or expiry — the server enters maintenance mode until the project counts are brought back within the limits.
