(Improvement) Unassigned operation groups are now included when uploading the Operation Table if at least one of the group's member operations is scheduled during the upload period.

(Bugfix) If a number greater than 24 was set to "Remove old transactions" configuration, the server silently ignored the setting, resulting in old results not removed.
(Bugfix) Array properties not correctly uploaded on table-like views. Only the first member of the array was uploaded.
(Bugfix) On rare occasion, the online update failed to update the Control Panel (MySchedule.exe) even though the other components were successfully updated. This resulted in lost integrity of the package and future online updates' failures.
