Operation URL

By specifying URLs corresponding to operations and uploading them, you can add links on My Schedule.

The Operation class property Work_MyScheduleOperationURL is available from Asprova v.18.0.0.40 or later.

Specify the URL corresponding to the operation in the property Work_MyScheduleOperationURL ((My Schedule) Operation URL). This property can be set either as a regular property or as a virtual property.

By setting an alias for this property, you can change the label of the button (and similar elements) displayed on My Schedule.

Views that support Operation URL

Resource Gantt Chart (v.26.1 or later)

For an operation on the timeline view, if its Operation URL is set, a button to open the link in a new tab will be displayed. The button label is the alias of the property.

Operation Table (v26.1.7 or later)

If you change the displayed column settings of a style, you must overwrite the style before uploading; otherwise the style will not be reflected on My Schedule.

Include Work_MyScheduleOperationURL in the displayed columns of the Operation Table style and upload it.

If an Operation URL is set for an operation, a button to open the link in a new tab will be displayed.

Dispatching View (v26.1.7 or later)

Create UseInstructionUser_MyScheduleOperationURL as a user virtual property on the UseInstruction class, referencing the operation's Work_MyScheduleOperationURL. Then, include UseInstructionUser_MyScheduleOperationURL in the displayed columns of the Dispatching View style and upload it.

If an Operation URL is set for an operation, a button to open the link in a new tab will be displayed.
